What we love about it: The outdoor ceremony area along the river. One of the most romantic spots and ceremony settings we have experienced. The wines are also superb!

The Franschhoek Cellar offers a selection of unique wedding venues, including: The Tasting Room, spacious and open, very contemporary with exquisite mountain views; The Venue, the main function space; The Platform, a new and intimate space with a restaurant; and The Lapa, situated at the bottom of the venue and overlooking the surrounding mountains.
What we love about it: The venue’s large glass windows, which brings the beauty of the outdoor surrounding indoors. And importantly, the venue’s delectable, rustic cuisine.
Rickety Bridge
Cross the bridge over the Franschhoek River and discover your perfect wedding venue among the vines. Situated on the outskirts of Franschhoek, nestled against the hillside and overlooking the vineyards and magnificent mountains is the Rickety Bridge Manor House. This estate and venue are idyllic in every respect, the perfect vineyard to create everlasting memories. The Cape Dutch banqueting hall has been converted from the original barrel maturation cellar, seats 100 guests and offers magnificent views.
What we love about it: The venue’s setting. From when you enter the estate, you are surrounded by mountains and vineyards. Simply breath-taking.
